Among the planted vines are Bacchus, celebrated for its aromatic qualities and ability to produce wines with intense flavours reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, the versatile grape that forms the backbone of many outstanding sparkling wines. The vineyard also cultivates Meunier, a traditional Champagne variety that adds depth and character to sparkling wine blends. Additional plantings include Preosco, Schonb and Siegerrebe, each contributing unique characteristics to the estate's diverse portfolio of English wines.
