Whitehall Vineyards cultivates Pinot Noir, a versatile grape capable of producing both elegant still wines and excellent base wines for sparkling wine production. Their plantings also include Bacchus, a crossings variety that has proven particularly successful in England's cooler climate, often producing aromatic white wines with distinctive character. The estate grows Meunier, another key variety in English sparkling wine production, along with Rondo and Seyval Blanc, which contribute to the diversity of their wine portfolio.
